414ALL is a condom campaign aimed at reducing sexually transmitted infection and teen pregnancy rates in Milwaukee. The campaign uses condom distribution, social marketing, community organizing, and education to make condoms more available, accessible, and acceptable for young people.
Condoms are distributed at educational events, one-on-one by community health workers, and at distribution sites throughout Milwaukee. The social marketing campaign uses outdoor media, social media, and community forums to spread positive messages about condom use and sexual health.
In addition to reaching young people in Milwaukee, the campaign also targets others influencing their behavior, including parents, family members, policy makers and other decision makers. It is important that the entire community support young people in their decisions around sexual health and condom use.
