Community Health Promoters
Community Health Promoters (CHPs) are LGBTQ and allied youth, ages 13 to 24, who care about their community and spend time spreading information to peers, helping them live safe and healthy lives.
CHPs come to Diverse & Resilient for monthly meetings where they meet other young people from around Milwaukee. They will participate in group activities, leadership, and skill building as well as conversations about sexual health, barrier methods, alcohol & harm reduction, and healthy relationships.
