The HIV Peer Navigator is responsible for implementing the Peer Navigator Program strategies by engaging and mentoring MSM of color living with HIV who are facing challenges to medication adherence, medical HIV care services engagement, and achieving viral suppression.
Note: this is a pilot program for one year. Continued funding is expected but is contingent upon program performance during pilot year.
