The Peer Navigator is responsible for implementing the Peer Navigator Program strategies by engaging and mentoring people living with HIV who are facing challenges to medication adherence, medical HIV care services engagement, and achieving viral suppression.
Diverse and Resilient offers a starting salary range of $40,000 to $44,000 for this position and a competitive benefits package, including more than four weeks paid time off in the first year (15 days, and 9 paid holidays), medical and dental coverage, life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, and generous work schedule flexibility.
