Peer Navigator – Black Cisgender Women

The Peer Navigator – Black Cisgender Women is responsible for implementing the Peer Navigator Program strategies by engaging and mentoring people living with HIV who are facing challenges to medication adherence, medical HIV care services engagement, and achieving viral suppression.

This position will focus on the unique and intricate needs that Black cisgender women face while navigating care services and ensure resources are aligned to support members of this community to thrive in their health care choices.
