The Wisconsin Youth Great O.U.T. (Outreach, Understanding, Teaching) Doors Institute produced by D&R is three days and two nights of activities for LGBTQ and allied youth (ages 14-20) from throughout Wisconsin who are engaged in discussing ideas & best practices and learning valuable skills and health messages to take back to their communities.
