Aaleh Hughes identifies as a Black trans woman with a wealth of life experience, passionate about entertaining, advocating, and inspiring others. Originally from Rockford, IL, she’s called Milwaukee, WI home for the past 7 years.

Aaleh is a fun-loving, outgoing person who’s always keeping herself busy with new projects and opportunities. As a seasoned drag performer, she bring the illusion of Baylee I.J. Davenport to life, a persona she’s been developing for over 12 years. Along the way, she’s earned titles, including Miss Gay Forest City 2017, Miss Gay WI USofA At Large 2023, and Miss Five Fabulous 2024.

In addition to her drag work, she is deeply involved in the Milwaukee ballroom scene, participating in both mainstream and Kiki cultures. Aaleh’s mission is to uplift others, break boundaries, and continue to lead with strength and love.
