D&R Adds Two Staff to Support Programs

We’re excited to announce the arrival of two new team members joining us to support program work:

Dan Ruge joined us this week as Program Director. He has spent most of the last ten years overseas in Mali, Israel/Palestine, Afghanistan and Uganda, working with USAID and the Peace Corps. His work has focused heavily on international development, human rights advocacy, and community development. Dan is a midwesterner from Indiana, living in Milwaukee for the first time.

Nicole Fumo joins us as Statewide Program Manager. Also a native of Indiana, Nicole comes to us by way of New Orleans, where she worked for the Louisiana Department of Health coordinating statewide, CDC funded, social marketing campaigns. Nicole was a D&R public health intern in 2012, working on the Acceptance Journeys program.

We are thrilled to welcome Dan and Nicole to D&R!
