CLEAR – Choosing Life, Empowerment, Action, Results – is a structured program that improves life skills, leading to healthy lives and decreased HIV transmission. The program is open to young gay and bisexual men of color and their partners or young transgender women of color.

A certified CLEAR counselor holds at least five one-on-one sessions with each participant to build core life skills. Participants can tailor the program to meet their needs by choosing from a menu of 24 optional additional sessions over the course of a year of enrollment.

The CLEAR program is administered by partners AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin and Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers.
